Infants |
| Our infant center is your little treasure's home away from home. It is really nice to know that while the parent(s) are away your infant is cared for in a warm and nurturing environment. We cater to each infant's individualized schedule and needs. We provide each family with a "daily log" sheet which is our source of communication. All feedings, nap times, and diaper changes are listed. Our infant staff is always available to our parent(s). We will work with your child with each stage of development ie; tummy time, crawling, walking. We delight in sharing the experience in watching your children grow. |

| Toddlers |
| Our Duck Pond Day Care staff is well trained to help children with their journey to independence. Guidance is provided in a warm and nurturing way to foster this transition. As toddlers begin the road to self-reliance, we help them explore their new, larger world with a sense of safety and confidence. Mastering the use of language, socializing, toilet training, learning songs, developing fine and gross motor skills all add up to a very busy day for active toddlers. Snack and lunchtime also serve as opportunities to develop social graces. Parents are kept informed of daily happenings through a written communication log. |

| Preschool |
| Duck Pond Day Care offers a child-centered approach to curriculum that encourages children to explore. Our goal is to provide each child with the readiness skills necessary for a successful school experience. There is an emphasis on group living, with children learning to share and cooperate with each other. Individual attention is also provided and children are encouraged to grow at their own pace. Importance is given to promoting a positive self-esteem and strong sense of themselves as individuals and as members of a group. Parents are kept informed of daily happenings and periodic development updates through a written communication notebook. Children leaving our program are more than ready for their Kindergarten experience. |
